Points awarded as follows –
Aroma max 12 points
Appearance max 3 points
Flavour max 20 points
Mouth feel max 5 points
Overall impression max 10 points
Total points 50 points

Score ratings
Gold 45.0 to 50.0
Silver 40.0 to 44.9
Bronze 35.0 to 39.9

Wines
Points awarded as follows –
Colour and Clarity max 3 Points
Nose / Bouquet max 7 points
Palate / Flavour max 10 points
Total points 20 points

Score ratings
Gold 18.5 to 20.0
Silver 17.0 to 18.4
Bronze 15.5 to 16.9

class trophies

Trophies will be awarded to the top  winning wine and beer for each class.
Medals will be awarded to 2nd and 3rd places in each class.
(An entry must score a bronze or above rating to be eligible to win a class trophy)
Certificates are awarded to first, second and third in each wine and beer class.

Brewer of the Year 2021
This trophy will be awarded to the exhibitor gaining the highest point score for their best five (5) beers in the beer competition. The five best beers must include beers from at least three (3) of the competition categories.

Best Wine of the Show

Winemaker of the year 2021
This trophy will be awarded to the exhibitor gaining the highest point score for their best five (5) wines in the wine classes. The classes must include at least one Red (W1 to W15), at least one White (W16 to W20) and at least a Rose (W21) or Sparkling (W22) or Cider (W23)
